Mangethethe Mining and Construction (Mangethethe) approached Soldati Collective seeking a rebrand to enhance their visual identity and reinforce their position in the competitive mining support services sector.

With over 17 years of experience through its sister company, ZNZ Construction and Projects, MMC aimed to project reliability, efficiency, and a commitment to quality through its new brand identity.
Soldati Collective's approach began with extensive research and benchmarking to understand industry trends and competitor strategies. The goal was to develop a brand identity that would invoke credibility and accessibility while visually representing Manthethe's expertise and the founder's extensive experience.
Post this process, the most resonant concept for Mangethethe was a trapezium shape mark, inspired by a coal tram, symbolizing its integral role in mining operations. The mark features an "M" shape with a rail-like feel, diving deeper into the tram and mining theme. This design has evolved from the original "M" logo into a modernized mark that embodies strength and reliability.
The chosen color palette of yellow, navy-grey, and off-white conveys mineral wealth, professionalism, optimism, and clarity—essential attributes for Mangethethe's brand positioning.
